Our Host Nation program is designed to provide
elementary school students with both an introduction to the German language
and build an appreciation and understanding of the German culture.
We focus on two main standards. Our students use the German language in familiar
situations to enhance oral communication skills and vocabulary development.
The cultural components differ for each grade level in
congruence with social studies themes and incorporate other subjects and
topics at age appropriate levels. |
